Mark is the founding partner of MJL Design and Development Group, one of the very few firms in the top-tier category for high-end, custom residential renovations and ground-up new construction.

Since 1995, Mark's company focused on the construction of high-end, single-family speculative homes throughout the New York metropolitan area. He expanded his business in 2000 in response to market demand, particularly in New York City, for high-end, custom renovations in expedited time frames.

"Growing up in a real estate development family, I had the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up -- from maintenance and troubleshooting, to design and construction to development and finance. This intensive, hands-on experience coupled with my degree in business administration, with a focus on architecture and urban planning, was instrumental in my early career and has provided me with the foundation to create a business now valued by the most discerning and demanding architects, designers and clients."
